Assumptions and Agreements

The client should provide the materials needed in the project. Materials such as computers, printers, and networking devices which will be used in the development of the information system.

Initial payment is required from the client. This payment is going to be used for supplementary materials for the project and development expenses. These are papers, CDs, and other storage media. Final payment is done after the system is operational.

Support is given for 6 to 12 weeks/months depending on the scale of the project. These include fixing errors/bugs, training and support, recovering the system. Clients are expected to pay for additional requirements.
